The extrusion is made from high-quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with Double-Anodized and is designed for flexible or rigid LED strips that are 8 – 10mm wide. One of the features offered for the extrusion is lens covers that protect LEDs inside the profile. There are several lens cover options: Diffuser Lens (Insert Type Covers) and Clear Lens (Press In Type Covers). Lens Covers are made of polycarbonate and are certified for excellent resistance to weather conditions and UV radiation, as well as being flame-retardant. White polypropylene end caps and metal mounting brackets (chrome finish) are supplementary accessories. The extrusion can be mounted to surfaces with double-sided adhesive tape or mounting brackets. The mounting bracket assures easy and secure mounting of the extrusion to the desired surface. It can also be used as a connector between extrusions.
