We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
Please allow for standard ground shipping ranging from 2-7 business days.
Please call for 2-Day Air and Overnight rates
We require up to 14 business days shipping time to complete custom non-stocking orders.
We will do everything possible to meet your delivery time.
Large quantity order delivery timelines to be discussed in advance.

DAMAGED GOOD POLICY
If any product is received damaged, please retain the packaging material for shipper inspection and claim.
We will remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or money back on all items not used.
If your lighting product was installed and used for your tradeshow, we will honor credit on future purchases only.
We will provide a credit equal to original purchase towards other stocking lighting product we offer.
Please contact us within the 30days.
Store credit or money back is honored when the item is returned in resalable condition.
Please be certain to return your purchase in the original packaging, and well protected.
Additional packaging may be necessary.
All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition.
A restocking fee will be applied to any order not received in good condition, or if they are returned after your show date.
Payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser.
Please include a short note inside your return package explaining why you’re returning the item and the desired action.
Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure “ship to” address is correct.
Should the address be incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Shipping costs from product returns will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances.
All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 10 days of package arrival.
Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 10 days.
(Note: if you are purchasing a lighting fixture that is being installed more than 10 days away, test it when it arrives. The 10-day claim window will expire).
Please advise us of any defect in the product as soon as it arrives.
We may request an image taken of the defective or damaged product.
